My design process
As a product designer, I see product design a process of creative problem solving which always put user goals and needs in the center. I have synthesized my design process through years of practice and learning, which follows a diverge-converge pattern for both problem definition and crafting design artifacts, to make sure problems are identified across an entire system and solutions are holistic.
